Digital orders can take from 15-30 minutes to completely download in your personal device. Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation in the email address you provided on the order form. This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain information you need to access your purchased product.
Downloads are closely monitored to ensure you are able to successfully access the product purchased.
Because the AUDIO BOOKS are digital products delivered via Internet download; there will be NO REFUND OFFERS ON THESE PRODUCTS. There is no possible way to "return" the digital product to the Seller, in addition to the (DIGITAL FACT) that; after the initial purchase you can add the purchased product to as many devices that holds the email address given upon purchase.
YOU MUST KNOW WHERE YOUR DEVICE WILL SEND THE DOWNLOADED ORDER TO ACCESS THE ITEM YOU JUST PURCHASED.
* PAPER BACK BOOKS Policy
The paper back books are not water proof therefore; they are securely placed within a plastic shipping bag to provide secure / dry shipment and delivery. Ways of shipment for (tangible items) may be different for each State, Country, County, Continent, Region, Nation or Island therefore; if a tracking number be the result of shipping; that tracking number will be provided to the Buyer via the email address provided on the purchase receipt.
(REFUND DUE TO DAMAGE)
Before the refund of a paper back item can be processed (YOU) the Buyer must show photo proof (snap shot/ picture) of the damage to the PARTS OF THE BOOK by sending said proof via email to: thefemalescribeofgodteam@gmail.com or you can send the proof via text message to: 504-410-7077 within three (3) days of receiving the damaged property and the item must be returned back to the Seller in the "damaged" condition you received it at the Buyer's (YOUR) expense. Upon receipt of the "damaged product" by the Seller, (you) the Buyer will be contacted via email informing you the product has been received and your refund is being processed. This will be accomplished with an electronic transfer of payment back to the "card" or form of payment used. (This process can take up to five (5 -14) business days to reflect back on the Buyer's "card" or form of payment used). WE ASK THAT YOU RETURN THE ITEM (IN THE PROTECTIVE SHIPPING BAG) THAT IT WAS SENT IN.
EXPLANATION OF:

The "PARTS OF THE BOOK" as describe in this written format and shown in the graphic below on this FAQ Page cannot be out of order / stretched / cracked / expanded / dismembered / spread or folded in any way unless it was received in that condition (which will be proven via the email or text of the photos / pictures / snap shots shared with FEMALE SCRIBE OF GOD, LLC upon receipt of the product. It must be returned in the "hard pressed / flat / unruffled" way in which it was received. Failure of any PARTS OF THE BOOK being intact (as described above) will forfeit your refund (unless said proof was already provided via email or text message).
Description of PARTS OF THE BOOK that cannot be "tampered with" is as follows: Headband or End band, Turn-in, Inner Hinge, Free End page, Square, Fore Edge, Book block or Text block, Top Edge or Head, Head-cap, Back-cover or Backboard, Raised Bands (if applicable), Spine or Back, Tail, Hinge or Joint, Cover, Front Cover or Backboard.
("SWAPPING" DUE TO DAMAGE)

Upon the Seller receiving the "damaged product" a new paper back will be mailed out at the expense of the Seller and the Seller will refund the shipping cost (that reflects on the (USPS) United States Postal Service Stamp or the Nation's Postal Stamp that reflects on the returned package by electronic transfer, (this process can take up to five (5 -14) business days to reflect back on the Buyer's "card" or form of payment used). If the Buyer should request a complete refund with no new item being sent to them... that will be accomplished with an electronic transfer of payment back to the "card" or form of payment used. * (CD) Compact Disc AUDIO BOOK Policy
The (CDs) Compact Disc are mailed in a hard plastic cover to protect the purchased item in addition to being placed in a water proof bag to provide secure / dry shipment and delivery.
If the purchased CD is found to malfunction upon receipt... BEFORE A REFUND WILL BE OFFERED... the CD must be returned to the Seller at the Buyer's expense. Once the returned product is received the Buyer will receive an electronic refund of the purchase price and postage price back to his / her "card" or form of payment that was used for the purchase. If the Buyer wants another CD shipped to them after the Seller receives the damaged product, that will be done at the Seller's expense. Those outside of the (USA) United States of America should be mindful that (CDs) Compact Disc that are made / manufactured in the United States may not play on the device "in your Nation".
* WAY OF REFUND(S)
All refunds (that are applicable) will be in the form of an electronic payment back to the "card" or form of payment used upon the time of purchase, that being for (physical items): paperback books, CD or (digital items); ebooks and audio books.
* EXTENSION TIME FOR REFUND(S) AND SWAP(S)
The amount / number of times anyone can swap and or request a refund on tangible items is two(2). Once we have exhausted "the swap time" (i.e.) (1.a) you purchase, we send, (1. b) you send back, we resend again, (1. c) at this point if you send for a "swap" we will simply refund you and end the "business communication / end all sales. Same for the refund, once you have purchased and we've processed a refund for you twice, FEMALE SCRIBE OF GOD, LLC will not serve you / accept you as a customer / deny your purchase.
